Cancellation Policy
Once the reservation has been made, a deposit is required, the amount of which may vary depending on the type of room and the length of the period booked, but which will in any case be agreed with the customer at the time of booking. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or credit card. It is also possible to pay for the entire stay in advance if the customer so requests. In any case, a regular tax receipt or invoice will be issued upon the customer's departure, unless otherwise requested by the customer.
The deposit serves to guarantee the customer's reservation at the hotel: in the event of cancellation at least 28 days prior to the customer's arrival, the deposit or any balance will be refunded in full. In the event of cancellation between 28 days and 14 days prior to the customer's arrival, the deposit may be transferred for a period of equal duration within the current season only. In the event of cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained as a penalty. The same applies in the event of a no-show.
In case of late arrival or early departure, only the room rate will be charged for all missing days.
